I work successfully as a Sellers and Buyers Realtor serving Naples Florida and also on the east coast of Florida. As a Realtor I continue to sell new & existing homes, land and also do rentals & leases. As an experienced Realtor I work with Sellers and Buyers as a Listing Agent for Sales and Rentals in Naples, Florida. I specialize in Listing located along the Vanderbilt Beach area and Golf communities in North Naples including, Valencia Golf & Country Club, The Vineyard Community in North Naples. These are the communities that I work in: The Dune, The Vanderbilt, The Villas at Vanderbilt Beach, Regatta, Beach Moor, Pelican Bay, Vanderbilt Towers 1, 2 and 3, Beach Walk and Naples Park to name a few. I was born in Jamaica W.I and migrated to live in New York. While living My Customer Service and Retail experience was a great asset to me when I became licensed in the State of Florida to sell Real Estate. I also furthered my knowledge of Real Estate by attaining my GRI designation while being a member of RAPB. (Realtor association of Palm Beach) Prior to Real Estate Sales I worked as a Leasing Consultant with an agency and then as a full-time employee with Camden Properties. I lived on the east coast of Florida in Palm Beach county in the City of Boynton Beach for a couple years, then moved to beautiful Naples, Florida with my husband and my family. I have enjoyed living here for 10 years and seen the many changes and positive developments especially in new construction homes. I can now say that I know Naples well and it's various communities and especially North Naples and the beach side communities.
